Agree the work before starting

Ownership and handover

Hosting, care and later content work
Fully managed hosting is £15 per month or £150 per year. Hosting alone does not include content changes. Optional website care is £25 monthly with the minor-amendment and maintenance scope described in the proposal. Larger additions need a separate quote. The Business website package includes the first year of hosting and care. Any arrangements after that period are set out before renewal.
SEO and specialist services
Website builds, ongoing SEO and specialist systems are different scopes. A chosen SEO plan describes its research, implementation, approval and reporting arrangements. External hosting, advertising, provider and placement charges are identified separately where relevant. Search positions, traffic and enquiry numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Ask about an arrangement before accepting it
If you need a particular accessibility assessment, secure upload, booking connection, stock feed, migration or other specialist function, include it in the brief.
